At RentPer, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery and pickup of rental items to and from our customers with the help of our logistics partner, Porter. This policy outlines our delivery and pickup procedures, timelines, and service coverage.

1. Delivery of Rental Items

• Once a rental order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we schedule the delivery through our integrated logistics partner, Porter.
• Deliveries are processed within 4–24 business hours, subject to product availability and customer location.
• You will receive SMS and/or email notifications with tracking details and the estimated delivery time.
• All items are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

2. Pickup of Rental Items

• Upon completion of the rental period, pickup is automatically scheduled through our system with Porter.
• You will be notified in advance via email to prepare the item for return.
• Please ensure the item is clean, properly packed, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
• Missed pickups may result in additional charges.

3. Delivery and Pickup Charges

• Delivery and pickup charges may apply and are clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
• These charges vary based on item size, delivery location, and rental duration.

4. Serviceable Areas

• We currently offer delivery and pickup services in selected cities across India.
• Availability may vary depending on your pin code.
• You can check service availability during the checkout process.

5. Delays and Exceptions

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery and pickup, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational issues.
• In case of any delays or rescheduling needs, our support team will notify you promptly.
